Can I renew an Interlibrary Loan? How?

Requesting a renewal for an Interlibrary Loan item should be done 1 to 5 days BEFORE the item is due. Granting a renewal is at the discretion of the library that loaned us an item for you.

Log in at ILL Request page, which can also be found at the Library homepage - http://www.keene.edu/academics/library/. Click 'Interlibrary Loan', then 'ILL Request page'. Faculty & staff will enter their current NetID and current computer login password.  Students will enter their current NetID and current MyKSC password.

On the left, under View, click View/Renew Items.

In the list that appears of items you currently have, find the title you want to renew and click the Transaction number in front of it to open the record. At the top, click on the red text that says "Request Renewal." We will send you request to the library that loaned us the material. In a few business days you will get an e-mail stating whether they granted the renewal and, if so, what the new due date is.

If "Request Renewal" Does not appear contact ILL directly.

If you have any questions contact ill@keene.edu or call 358-2715.
