Need help accessing my Interlibrary Loan (ILL) item (article or book chapter)

If you received an e-mail that your request has been received, look to see if it says to pick it up at Circulation (a loan) or if there is a link in the e-mail to retrieve your article.

A link might be broken up in the e-mail. An example e-mail might be something like this.

Dear Lisa Madden,

An article that you requested:
Title: Monkeyshines and fishy business.
Author: Jones, Tom

TN: 11178
has been received and processed by the Interlibrary Loan Staff.
You can now receive this item by logging on to ILLiad and choosing the
"Electronically Received Articles" option from your main menu.  The URL
for logging on to ILLiad is:

Alternatively, you can go to http://www.
and click on Interlibrary Loan, then scroll
down and click ILL Request Page.

If the https link doesn't work by clicking, try copying and pasting all of it into the address bar of your browser.
You should get the login screen for Interlibrary Loan.

Faculty & staff will enter their current NetID and current computer login password.  Students will enter their current NetID and current MyKSC password.

After logging in, choose "Electronically Received Articles" on the left to get a list. Click the Adobe icon under View to open the article you want . You can also click on the Transaction Number in front to open the details of the request.

If clicking the link or pasting it into your browser's address bar doesn't work, go to for an alternate way of logging in.
If you're still having difficulty accessing your Interlibrary Loan items, please fill out this form and we will help you as soon as possible.
