How do I print from the MFP? Normal Print Job
Faculty/Staff
Below are the instructions for a normal (non-secure) print job on the MFP. This FAQ includes a Word document with instructions for both a normal and secure print job on the MFP.
Multifunction Printer: Normal print job
Step 1: Click 'Print'- usually found under File: Print. You will be presented with the following dialog:
Click OK.
Step 2: You will be prompted for your User ID as depicted below.
Your user ID is your 5 digit printing code.
Do not change the information in the Account ID field.
Click OK.
Your print job will be now be processed and can be found in the output tray of the Multifunction Printer.
