How to Embed PowerPoint Fonts
Click "File" tab in upper left corner
Click "Options" in left menu-bar - it's the 2nd to last choice just above "Exit" –
a new window called "PowerPoint Options" will open.
Click "Save" in the “PowerPoint Options” menu
Check the checkbox that’s labeled “Embed fonts in the file”
Save your PowerPoint and e-mail if possible (or dropbox or other means.)
