Digital Commons - Posting items after upload
Select the correct collection (outlined in red)
Select “Manage Books” to work with the content of this collection (rather than the configuration of this collection)
Notice that you are automatically viewing all content that is NOT YET POSTED. The items below are all the recently uploaded documents awaiting publication approval.
Select the first NOT YET POSTED item (link outlined in red)
Select “Post” from menu on the left (outlined in red)
Read and select “Continue” if indeed ready to continue
If you’ve “Posted” all the items that need to be posted then you should update the site. If you have several items to post then do not update the site until after all the items have been posted. This last step is the step that makes your new posted items appear online.
