For KSC faculty, staff and students - How do I log in to ILL/Interlibrary Loan to check my account? (detailed)

 

Summary: Log in at ILL Request page, which can also be found at the Library homepage - http://www.keene.edu/academics/library/. Click 'Interlibrary Loan', then 'ILL Request page'. Faculty & staff will enter their current NetID and current computer login password.  Students will enter their current NetID and current MyKSC password.

Details: Go to the Mason Library home page at http://www.keene.edu/academics/library.  Scroll down to find the link to Interlibrary Loan and click it.

That brings you to a description of the Interlibrary Loan service including a link for a request tutorial. To log in to your ILL account click one of the "request page" links.

The first time you log in you will register. Only you can establish your ILL account. After that, logging in here or from a database search will automatically fill in your information. If you have trouble logging in please go here http://libanswers.keene.edu/faq/42523.

Once you have registered and made a request you can log in to see its progress on the first page after login (landing page), titled "Outstanding Requests." You can also make a new request if you have a good citation. However, if you find material you want through a search, it is better to request from the search results.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you receive an e-mail that an article or loan has arrived, that request will no longer be listed on the landing page. Select one of the links on the left - articles will be in "Electronically Received Articles" and loans will be under "View/Renew Items."
